Hello CE registrants! 

First and foremost, thank you so much for registering for VetTechLife CE on the Sea 2026.  We are as excited as can be to leave in 43 days! 

In comparing CE registrations to cruise cabin reservations we noted that a few of you are not listed in our cruise cabin block.  You may have secured your cruise cabin separately.  We rely on cruise cabin bookings to ensure that we are able to book affordable continuing education space and keep our registration fees as low as possible as our expenses sometimes exceed our registration proceeds between speaker costs, cruise costs, administrative costs, and RACE fees.  For any future cruises please, please book through our cruise agent or contact her as soon as booked separately to ensure that your cabins count towards our CE cruise. 

If you haven't already booked your cruise cabin, please reach out to Julia Stewart at   julia.stewart@mckeetravel.com or call 630-341-0451 ASAP.  The cruise is completely booked, but occasional cancellations make cabins available.  Some cruise goers are solo as well and we are happy to post requests for roommates if necessary.  There is no online availability of this CE content and this close to our sailing date there are no refunds.

Hello CE on the Sea cruise registrants! 

On your registration form, some of you indicated that you will be attending the CE portion of the 2026 CE on the Sea event but did not register yet for the CE portion.  First and foremost, thank you so much for using your continuing education funds and your personal funds to support a woman and technician-owned small business.  You are also supporting amazing veterinary technician speakers that are excited to impart their knowledge to you! 

If you are not attending the CE portion, please let me know by responding to the email so that I can mark this on my list.  If you intend on attending the CE portion, be sure that you register for the Continuing education classes through this link: https://successstrategies.podia.com/2026-vettechlife-ce-on-the-sea

Registrations are limited and tight but there are still spaces available.  Please be sure to book ASAP.

From the App, you can check in for your cruise, order internet, communicate with fellow cruisers, find and book excursions, and get cruise updates.  

Cruise attendees also be on the lookout for hotel reservation blocks.  Links for all three hotel blocks are included there.  (email from : messaging@traveljoy.com) .  The last day to book into the hotel block is Dec. 2nd and we have a limited supply  of rooms.    

Shuttles are offered from airport to hotel, hotel to cruise port, cruise port to airport or any of those combinations: http://www.portcanaveralhotelshuttle.com/

If you are staying in the Country Inn & Suites you do not need to book a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port as it is included in your room rate.
